last gasp for winter

craters in in fluffy powder

cold trails leading home

Snowfall in the wind

some motes of frozen white fluff

dancing in the trees

A faint tire track route

through a snow covered forest

entering the light

A tree with white leaves

snowy branches reaching down

hiding from winter

Waist deep in the snow

two clone troopers on patrol

trudging towards danger

Dangerous forest

freezing with a taste of snow

a wolf is howling

Footsteps in the snow

a crunching noise going by

leaving a white trail

Young goat in the snow

watching the snowflakes drift down

content in the cold

Out for a short walk

freezing morning in the park

a bite from cold air
